Invoicing admin taking too much of your time?
With multiple clients and transactions, efficient and accurate invoicing can take up a lot of time. Inflow was tasked with solving this issue for a client. Leveraging off the Microsoft suite we were able to implement an end-to-end invoicing tool. The tool allowed for a user to add, delete, update and send tailored invoices individually or in bulk from one easy-to-use platform. The data was logged and saved in the appropriate data warehouse and clients were automatically emailed a valid invoice at the touch of a button. This tool saved the client valuable time allowing them to focus on running their business.
Managing staff projects and time hindering your growth?
Inflow was approached by a client who found that their current staff management tool was not intuitive and was leading to more problems than solutions. Inflow developed an application to maintain and manage their staff more effectively. The interface allowed for the users to add projects, working time, manage staffing requirements and log out-of-office time in a very user friendly and intuitive interface. The client no longer had to spend time on trying to manage their staff but could focus on how to use them effectively to drive the company's growth.
Manual tasks weighing on your productivity?
Our team was approached with a process that was vital to a client team's operations. The process required multiple emails of documents, submission and collation of information, and dashboarding and visualisation of the submitted information. This was required monthly and took one person one week per iteration. We stepped in to help make life easier for all involved. Leveraging off a range of applications and robotics, data warehousing and visualisation tools we were able to reduce the process to a matter of minutes per month, creating a significant time saving for the client. With the information now automatically visualised, the team could focus their time on gaining valuable insights from the data rather than the manual process of obtaining it.
